SPIN GEAR FISHING TRIPS
Drift Fishing
Drift trips are accomplished by letting the boat drift across the flats and blind casting at potholes and drop-offs with lures. This is very quiet and is the best way to hunt fish. It is preferable for larger crews of 2 or 3 people, and trips with children. This trip targets mainly speckled trout, with flounder and Redfish as secondary targets.

SIGHT FISHING TRIPS
Redfish Spin Gear / Fly Fishing
On a sight fishing trip, you will see the fish you are trying to catch. There is a 2 angler maximum with one angler fishing at a time. This is the preferable method for fly fishing but can be done with spin gear also.
Accommodates up to 2 people. Polarized Sunglasses are a must in order to see the fish.

How To Book
You can book simply by using the online format, through email, or over the phone.
WHAT TO BRING
Snacks, drinks, polarized sunglasses, and a hat. Water is provided. We recommend a jacket for early mornings outside the summer months.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
In addition to knowing where the fish are biting, I provide the boat, rods, reels, tackle, ice, cooler, bottled water, and licensing. I also clean your catch at the end of the day.
DEPOSIT
$50 Deposit Required to secure the trip.
Make sure you have contacted us and we have written you into the calendar before sending a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels the trip for ANY reason. Your captain reserves the right to make all weather and safety calls the night before or morning of your trip. We will return the deposit due to rough sea conditions, rain, and muddy water. We will still be happy to run the trip if there are no safety concerns and the customer understands the sea and weather conditions.
Live Bait is Never Used
You don't need live bait to catch Speckled Trout, Red Fish, or Flounder, and it will not be brought onto the boat under any circumstances. I specialize in sport fishing with light tackle (medium to medium light rods and reels that hold 110 yards of monofilament 10lb test) for Speckled Sea Trout, Red Drum (Red Fish), and Flounder. I use artificial lures mainly soft plastics, and offer drift trips, sight fishing and fly fishing charters. Drift fishing is the easiest and most effective on charters with multiple people or children. Don't let this scare you. I often have small children on board. They usually out catch their parents.
