Inshore Charters was established in 1992 by Captain Milton Tarpley. Today, Captain Hal Tarpley continues the operation, bringing over twenty-four years of full-time guiding experience to Panama City fishing charters across St. Andrew Bay and its surrounding waters.
We focus exclusively on shallow-water flats fishing using light tackle for an exciting experience targeting flounder, redfish, and speckled sea trout with artificial lures and fly gear. We do not use live bait, nor do we anchor to soak bait on the bottom; every charter is an active hunt, tailored around the tide, wind, and clean water conditions.
